Easy Return Service

Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Start by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

Shipping and delivery

Each piece specially assembled to order and therefore delivery can be up to 1 week if stock allows. If you have any special requests please make a note when ordering as I may be able to change the order to suit your needs. I will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible or notify you with a revised time scale.

Please note : Special delivery is not guaranteed for the next day on a Friday night or Saturday. Orders are subject to stock availability.

Hours of Operation

I, Patricia Dudgeon designs, will endeavor to fulfill orders Monday to Wednesday from 10am-5.00pm. Friday from 10am – 5.00pm and Saturdays 10.00am – 12.00 Orders placed outside of these times will be fulfilled on the next business day.

I endeavor to deliver your goods next day for orders placed before 12pm, this is subject to stock availability.

Prices and Payment

The prices for any goods will be as quoted on the Site. Prices are subject to change. Delivery costs are not included. Our delivery charges are set out in the website. Payment of the whole of the price for the goods you order must be received before your order can be accepted.

Refunds and replacements

You may return any product you have ordered from patriciadudgeon.com within 14 days of receipt. Custom and special orders will not be refunded or exchanged.

Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

To return any item please contact patriciadudgeon.com via email or telephone. Please indicate the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange or a refund. All items must be returned directly to:

All goods returned for refund or exchange must be in a saleable condition with original packaging intact. Please use an insured registered delivery method to return your order.

The refund terms and conditions are for the online store only. Refunds will not be issued from the shop premises.

If the product is out of stock at the time we receive your return; we will offer an alternative product or a refund. If you wish to wait until the item is back in stock, we will contact you with details of when you can expect delivery.

All online refunds will be completed within approximately 30 days of the return of the goods. All refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by patriciadudgeon.com

Order Cancellations

Please call or email to cancel an order.

Cancellations can be accepted on current stock merchandise prior to dispatch.

You can contact us Monday to Wednesday 10am to 5.00pm. Friday to Saturday 10am t0 5.00pm. Outside these hours, you will be able to leave a message and will be contacted the following working day.

Cancellation by Us

I reserve the right to cancel your order if:

(a) I have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.

(b) I do not deliver to your area.

(c) One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If I do cancel your contract I will notify you by e-mail and I will credit your account as soon as possible. I will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Delivery of Goods to You

I will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you gave me for delivery at the time you make your order.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order, typically next working day if your order is placed before twelve noon. However this is dependent on stock availability and orders can take up to 30 days to reach you. Royal Mail is the carrier I use at Patricia Dudgeon Designs.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Events Beyond our Control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock outs and other internal disputes breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
